The full title is actually: 'Keep your hand at the level of your eyes, fool!' This is my second picture for my art-trade with 
hangirl13:. Hope ya like! I had to cut the feet off 'cause I ran out of room on the paper...
And I have discovered that blond hair is my bane. I can do red, brown, black, but not blond!!
I think the hypothetical situation behind this is that the Persian told Raoul so many times to keep his hand up and invariably Raoul put his hand down...so he finally got sick of telling him and jerked Raoul's hand up saying, 'Here, you fool!' and making Raoul slightly irritated.
**EDIT** What the heck?? I just noticed that Raoul's mouth isn't colored in...*slaps self* I shall take care of that, but not tonight, too tired...
Medium: Pen, colored pencils
Time: A few hours *the skin and clothes took me the longest, believe it or not*
